Cancellation Policy

Reservations of up to 7 nights

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, the equivalent of the first night will be charged.

In case of a no-show, the first night will also be charged.

Reservations of more than 7 nights

To confirm a reservation of more than 7 nights, a payment equal to 25% of the total reservation value will be required.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, the 25% payment will be fully refunded.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, the 25% payment will be non-refundable and will be forfeited in full.

In case of a no-show, the 25% payment will also be non-refundable.

How the 48-hour period is calculated

The 48-hour period is calculated based on the check-in time stated in your reservation confirmation.

Example: if your check-in is confirmed for Friday at 3:00 p.m., you must cancel no later than Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. for the applicable refund to apply.

Early departures

If you choose to end your stay before the originally scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will not be refunded in cash.

You may use the remaining nights for a new stay within 6 months following your early departure date, subject to availability.

After the 6-month period, any unused nights will be forfeited and can no longer be rescheduled or refunded.

Date changes

Date changes are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after Coliving Chingón approves the new dates.

If the current rate for the new dates is equal to or lower than the original reservation rate, the original reservation price will be maintained.

There will be no price reduction, credit balance or refund for the difference.

If the current rate for the new dates is higher than the original reservation rate, the guest must pay the corresponding difference before the change is confirmed.

The same rule applies when using remaining nights from an early departure.

Refunds

When a refund applies under this policy, it will be processed through the same payment method originally used.

The estimated processing time is up to 7 business days.

Any additional time required by the bank, financial institution or payment processor to reflect the refund will depend on that provider.

Reservations made through external platforms

Reservations made through Booking.com, Airbnb, Hostelworld or any other OTA or external platform are governed exclusively by the cancellation policies, terms and deadlines established by that platform at the time the reservation was made.

Coliving Chingón's direct booking cancellation policy does not replace or modify the conditions established by those platforms.
